Diamond Valley brass Incorporated wishes to advise members and friends of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The meeting will be held in the band room on Thursday 20 September 2018. The meeting will commence at 8:00pm with a short performance by the Development Band and conclude with supper

It would be most appreciated if you could bring a small plate of food to share

Any member who wishes to raise an item on the general business at the AGM must notify the Secretary in writing by 18 September 2018.

Nominations for the positions on the committee must be completed on the prescribed nomination form (attached) and lodged with the Secretary by 18 September 2018.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you are entitled to appoint another member as a proxy by notice, given to the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting.
